     The MHM team is made up of innovative professionals in acquisitions, finance, operations, construction management, marketing, and community relations. We function without the "old school" corporate bureaucracy which often hinders others in the industry.       Our operations include a balance of internal management and support combined with external onsite employees. MHM has in-house general contracting, along with expertise in underground utilities including water, sewer, and fiber optics. This gives us a competitive advantage over others that must outsource their park development and expansion.  We are hands-on from conception to completion.

manufactured housing, REO home, and home portfolio acquisitions nationwide. Our group has focused on cost saving development, energy efficiencies, site optimization, and a new paradigm shift in park model design.


      Our company maintains its own accounting, audit, and professional software systems designed specifically for our industry to provide accuracy and controls necessary for our business. From Best Practices to Internal Governance, our team is prepared for growth in private or public business environments. 


MHM has one of the highest rates of on-time contract to closing and smooth community transitions in the industry. 

Our team engages and compiles our acquisition due diligence information, transactional documentation, and post-closing transition and integration. We have established partnerships in 13 states for legal, third-party environmental, survey, title/escrow and property condition reports.
